General Provisions

This document sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement between the ae99 platform ("Platform", "Service") and its users ("you", "member"). ae99 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on ae99. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions.

3.3 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. ae99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ae99 supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, ensuring fast and secure transactions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on ae99 can only be made through the following methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
  • Nagad — Digital payment service by the Postal Department
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
  • Upay — UCB Bank's digital wallet

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction Verification

ae99 may request identity verification documents for any transaction. ae99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction for the purpose of preventing money laundering or illegal activities.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus: Get up to a 200% bonus on your first deposit at ae99, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonus offers apply only to eligible members. The terms and conditions of a specific promotion must be read carefully before claiming a bonus. ae99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Examples

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳18,000

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence is found of bonus abuse through multiple accounts, false information, or any other method, ae99 may cancel the bonus and close the associated account.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, ae99 reserves the right to cancel or restart the game. In such situations, ae99 will endeavor to refund the bet amount, but no guarantee can be given regarding any potential winnings.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Play must remain within these limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ae99:

  • Using another person's account or payment method.
  • Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
  • Collusion or coordinated betting with other members.
  • Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security system.
  • Operating an account using a false identity.
Consequences: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the associated account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. If all pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met before the request is made, the bonus will be cancelled. Any legitimately deposited funds will remain withdrawable.

10.2 Closure at ae99's Discretion

ae99 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  • Failure to complete account verification.
  • An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

10.3 Objection to Suspension

Limitation of Liability

  • If the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.

The ae99 service is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee of uninterrupted service can be given, though we always strive to maintain the highest standards.
